117: forced to flats

I cant wear high heels anymore. my feet hurts (even) after a few minutes (only!) standing in the kitchen, beside the window, even in the shower---basically everywhere. let alone in classes.

hurm. no, its not because of that.

anyway. here's a flat i purchased a few days ago. and only this morning that i realized; one of my colleagues at school has similar shoes. and i decided to put some adjustment.

this is the original flats (vincci ja; apa2 la)
i thought to have it this way at first
but mr husband said it's too big [and therefore: weird]

so i tried this; only this time i didnt asked mr husband anymore and

went with it anyway~

not wanting to give up totally on the first try, i changed it into a handphone strap/thingy/whatever..(not)perfect for my new red-coloured phone *that i used to take these photos; which explains the blurriness*
mr husband came home and saw the newly 'adjusted' shoes and said "eh! cantik! serious cakap"

hehehe best la ada team mate/room mate/house mate.

ps: sara, i promise you, 30% lagi akan siap lukisan itu :|

so much for the 'twelve to go'...i only sew another four of the aliens and decided to move on with the other projects and also completing old ones.

i know, you wont like all the things i put up in this website, but it's important that i continue to put my interest first. after all, that was the reason i start to build this site- for me to show what i am capable of. whether people who come here will like it or not; has to come second.

for two days now sandakan is completely dry. Been raining for weeks. It's nice to see the morning brought rays of sunlight yesterday morning n this morning.

my felt fabrics; will add more colours and more stocks this week--inside heatwave shoe box. i really like heatwave shoes. i recommend it.

a WIP. currently working on an accidental commission. hehe. 22 pieces of minimomos. Thank you udi. I even sew while on the road to KK last week. Hubby got weird about it; but business still business.

currently most hated phrase. made me cry for almost quarter of a day. it's almost similar to "padan muka kau" or "on your face!!" after some body [sort of] take his/her revenge on you. damn

here's a doodle i made on my palm. lesson learned: doodlers; please never forget your paper--especially when you'll know there's 'waiting' activity involved.

ninety six: udy's zoo

oohhhh after a long 2 weeks...these are minimomos commissioned by Enchek Udy..I am sooo happy how it turned out...i hope Enchek Udy will be happy too.. He ordered 12 minimomos and he let me decide everything except the names..he gave me a list of name of his dear friends n i randomly choose a name for each minimomo.

All of these are 100% hand-made including the eyes that I made using air-dry clay and each little parts are glued AND sewn; thus made it so time-consuming but it taught me to be more patient..most importantly; PUAS HATI!!...:>

tidak menggunakan benda yg handphone straps slalu pakai tu sebab aku nampak selalu senang nak cabut. ni tali one-piece trus. i dont know what kind of thread it is..tapi its silky..not the ones used for knitting or cross-stitch. x senang mau putus; it's really strong

The backside of these things can be customized upon request. up until 4 characters.. such as I [heart] u...or MIA or DAD or whatever. I did one with my signature behind it. fonts will be limited though coz i sew them all by hand and it's kinda difficult.

and I'll sew more of different 'designs' and different colors..like rabbits, and frogs or whatever that comes into mind. as long as it's tiny. if you wana order the same 'designs' as above picture, pun boleh :)
